The check in was quick and efficient. the it team came to fix my technical issues immediately although it was past midnight. The hotel staff were amazing.
I had a room directly above the lrt station. i was awakened by the sounds of the trains going in and out of the station at 6am and couldn't sleep until the train sounds stopped. the lights need to be upgraded. It is quite dimmed in the lobby!

the location is very convenient, next to a major bus and train station. breakfast offered many choices, filling. the rooftop pool was amazing, and i really enjoyed the view.
i found the insulation to be quite poor. the fire alarm went off one morning, and i wasn't notified it was just an exercise.
